GridFlex product overview / facility managers

Review the records behind your facility’s energy picture.

GridFlex gives signed-in facility managers an account-scoped place to review saved charger and battery readings, dispatch history, savings entries, and revenue-share records—with the status and limits of each record kept clear.

A saved record describes information on file. It does not by itself show a live device, program, or payment connection.

Current account views

Read what was saved—and when.

These signed-in views help facility managers inspect records already stored for their account. They are designed to keep the observation or event details close to the record itself.

01EV chargers

Latest saved OCPP status

Signed-in facility managers can review each registered charger’s latest saved OCPP status report, including available connector or EVSE identifiers and its observation time, then open that charger’s saved history.

Registration and saved reports do not establish a live charger connection or telemetry feed.

02Battery storage

Stored state of charge

Review the latest stored, normalized SunSpec state-of-charge reading and its recorded history, with the observed time and current, stale, or missing status shown.

Freshness labels describe stored-reading recency. They do not mean the battery is connected or monitored live.

03Dispatch history

Events already on file

Review dispatch events stored for your account, including recorded event time, facility and asset details, and the event fields available on each record.

History does not establish live dispatch activity or an active utility, vendor, or asset connection.

Financial records

Keep an administrator’s record separate from an estimate.

Savings Log

“Verified” is an administrator-maintained status.

A Savings Log entry appears as verified only after an administrator explicitly marks that entry Verified. This records an administrator’s decision; it is not independent proof that the reported savings occurred or were measured.

Illustrative ROI scenarios and meter-file audit estimates are separate planning outputs. Neither is a verified-savings record.

Revenue share

Review entries assigned to your account.

Facility revenue-share views cover administrator-maintained verified-savings and demand-response entries assigned to the account. A statement is informational: it does not initiate or process a payment.

GridFlex commercial model

Tiered monthly SaaS 15% revenue share

The 15% share applies to eligible utility peak-shaving savings and demand-response payouts only when integrations, enrollment, dispatch, measurement, and authorization are in place.

Integration boundary

Saved views are not live connections.

Records already stored for an account do not establish live integrations, telemetry, automated dispatch or control, or realized site outcomes. GridFlex’s homepage keeps its intended integration and data-source targets in context; those targets are not active connections.
